John 14:27 Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
Merciful Father, we pray for Your peace to prevail in our lives. We are overwhelmed by news of violence, war, corruption, and the pressures of our own struggles—illness, financial strain, and family turmoil. Lord, our burdens are real, and we bring them before You.
Gracious God, like the psalmist, we cry out and trust that You hear us “from Your holy hill” (Psalm 3:4). You are our shield, “our glory and the One who lifts our heads” (Psalm 3:3). Even as storms rage—adversity, sadness, and grief—you grant us peace and rest. We thank You that in the midst of so much trouble, Your presence still surrounds us and Your peace remains our refuge.
Today, in the midst of our struggles, we look to You with faith, trust, and hope. You are the One who delivers, guides, and sustains us, using every experience for our good and Your glory. Thank You for Your faithful love and for never leaving or forsaking us. We find security in Your arms, strength in our weakness, and peace in all circumstances. Lord, we are grateful that You are our God, and we trust You completely. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
