Lamentations 3: 22-22 It is of the LORD'S mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness. The LORD is my portion, saith my soul; therefore will I hope in him. Dear Lord, thank You for watching over us as we slept last night and for waking us to see the sunrise once again. This morning, we echo the words of Jeremiah: “Morning by morning, new mercies I see.” Lord, this is another day that You have made—and for that, and so much more, we are eternally grateful. We are Your children, “the sheep of Your pasture.” You see us as sons and daughters—both recipients and representatives of Your incomparable love. Truly, we are a protected people, and no weapon formed against us shall prosper. Your mighty arm has preserved us in the past and continues to guard us in every moment of our lives. Because of Jesus’ finished work on the cross, nothing can ever separate us from Your great love in Him. Lord, may our faith in You grow stronger, our love for You deepen, and our desire to obey You flourish. We pray that we would emerge from every trial better than when we entered. Let the redemptive purpose of every hardship be fulfilled, drawing us nearer to You. Help us recognize the divine intent within our struggles, and give thanks for the victory we have in Christ Jesus—now and forever. In Jesus’ name we pray, Amen.
