Walking with Jesus

Ecclesiastes 3:11 He has made everything beautiful in its time. Also, He has put eternity in their hearts, except that no one can find out the work that God does from beginning to end.

Most Gracious God, You have placed within every heart a longing for eternity — a “God-shaped” space that only You can fill. We spend our lives searching for meaning, yet only in Jesus, our Savior, do we find the One who truly satisfies the deepest desires of our souls.

Lord, we see life clearly when we walk in Your righteousness. We find courage in Your strength and deliverance as we wait for Your salvation. In those moments, we catch glimpses of Your glory and taste the peace that comes from being filled by You alone. Forgive us when we try to fill our hearts with anything less than You.

As we journey through this fading world, help us to keep our eyes on eternity. Draw us closer to You, so that Your whispers of eternal love steady our hearts. Give us strength to stand firm through life’s pressures, and when we’ve done all we can—help us to keep standing in Your wisdom and in the power of Your might. Hallelujah! In Jesus’ Name we stand.
