Psalms 27:14 Wait on the LORD: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the LORD
Father God, there are times when overwhelming troubles linger and leave us anxious and afraid. The pain can feel relentless—financial hardships continue, and loved ones persist in walking in rebellion against You. We pray and seek You, yet there are days when answers seem slow to come. At times, Your response is not immediate change, but the call to stand in Your strength and wait. You ask us to remain spiritually brave and steadfast, trusting that Your will and Your purposes are being fulfilled.
Holy God, as we turn to the Scriptures, we are reminded that even in seasons of waiting, You are at work, ordering events for our good and for Your glory. You promise that those who wait on You will be strengthened in heart. During these moments, You remain our refuge and our strength—an ever-present help in times of trouble. When life grows dark, You are our Light and our Salvation. When trials rise like a flood, You are our Bridge over troubled waters. Therefore, we will not fear.
Gracious Savior, You are the strength of our lives, and we trust You with the days ahead. By Your strength, we endure. Grant us the resolve to remain obedient, faithful, and loyal during the times You call us to wait. Help us to do only what You place in our hands and trust You with all else. In this way, our waiting is not wasted, and Your divine purposes are accomplished. We love You, Lord- so we wait with faith, hope, and trust in our hearts. In Jesus’ Name we pray and give thanks, Amen
