Isaiah 43:1-2 But now, this is what the Lord says, He who is your Creator, Jacob, And He who formed you, Israel: “Do not fear, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by name; you are Mine! 2. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; And through the rivers, they will not overflow you.
Heavenly Father, even though there are more than 7.5 billion people in the world; You know each of us in a private and personal way. You not only know who we are; but You know every aspect of our being. Your knowledge of us is thorough and beyond comparison. You number every hair on our heads; know every time our hearts beat; and understand every care that consumes our troubled minds. And You develop personal relationships that make each of us feel like Your only child.
Master, when we didn’t know Your Name, You knew ours. And You met us just where we were. Lord, You see the good, bad and ugly things about us; and You love us anyway. And even though we are unworthy, You meet us with Your saving grace; healing hand; loving comfort; eternal hope; and much more. You love us more than we love ourselves. How matchless, majestic and mighty is Your loyal love and manifold wisdom. Lord there is none like You.
Today we cast our burdens, doubts and fears at Your feet because You care for us. Lord, they’ve exceeded our ability to carry. And only You can provide rest for our weary souls; peace for our troubled hearts; and stability for our restless minds. Lord, You alone have all we need. And we thank You. In Jesus Name we pray. Amen.
