He's So Faithful

John 14:15-18 “If you love Me, keep My commandments. 16 And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever 17 the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you. 18 I will not leave you orphans; I will come to you.

Father God, thank You for the Holy Spirit who walks with us and dwells within us through every step of our earthly journey. He teaches us to obey Your commands and gives us strength for the challenges we face each day. A rude word should not provoke us to sin. Stress or the foolishness of others should not lead us into wrong thoughts, bad behavior, or words that are displeasing in Your sight. Even when days bring sadness or disappointment, may we not fall into despair. By the Spirit’s power, we can rise above the lies, hardships, wickedness, and deceptions of this world. In Christ, we are more than conquerors.

Heavenly Father, in both the significant and the seemingly small events of life, Your Spirit is always at work—guiding us into holy and righteous living. Whether our task seems great or small, He stirs us to do our best in a way that honors You. The Holy Spirit equips us to live as true followers of Christ—kind, gentle, patient, and steady. In His power, we are overcomers, able to triumph over the sins that try to entangle us. Thank You, Lord, for the faithful work of Your Spirit in our lives.

Lord, help us discern the Spirit’s leading and follow Him without hesitation. Keep us faithful and true to You. Lead us in the way of righteousness so that each day grows better than the last. May our love for You deepen through faithful obedience. Remind us, O Lord, that our obedience is among the best ways to honor and praise You. Lord, give us strength. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
