Romans 8:28 (NKJV):
“And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.”
Holy God, in times when life feels overwhelming—when relationships are strained, when our bodies grow weary, when our finances fall short—we turn to You as our source of strength and understanding. Teach us to seek Your face above all else, remembering that You are faithful to walk with us in every season. Help us to resist fear and discouragement and instead rest in the assurance that You are near, working all things together for our good.
Lord, we trust that even in painful circumstances, Your hand is shaping us. Through difficulties, You reveal hidden places in our hearts, exposing habits that need refining, thought patterns that need renewing, and perspectives that need realigning with Your truth. What the world sees as setbacks, You often use as stepping stones to deeper faith, greater wisdom, and stronger character. May we embrace Your teaching tools with humility and openness, knowing that nothing is wasted in Your perfect plan.
Gracious Father, we thank You for the hope that shines even in the darkest hours. As You carry us through trials, remind us that joy comes in the morning and that Your love never fails. Strengthen our faith so that we do not merely endure hard seasons but grow through them. And when the day is done, may our hearts testify that You have made us better, stronger, and closer to You, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
