Have Faith and Believe

Luke 18: And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint.

Merciful God, You are our Heavenly Father who loves us with an everlasting and loyal love. You showed that love by giving us a way to stay connected with You at all times—the beautiful gift of prayer. It’s like having a direct line that’s never busy and never turned off. We pray when we eat, when we worship, when life feels hard, and when things are going well. And no matter when or how we pray, You hear us. Thank You, Lord, that every prayer—spoken or silent—reaches Your throne of grace and mercy.

Lord, You always have Your ears and heart open to Your children. You hear every whisper, see every tear, and know every feeling that weighs us down. You understand the pain that brings us to our knees and the challenges that make us anxious about the future. You even know the prayers we’ll pray before we say a word. You are the Supreme, All-Knowing, and Everlasting God.

Gracious Father, thank You for giving us this constant connection to You. It’s like a lifeline that keeps our hearts steady when everything else feels shaky—just like an anchor keeps a boat from drifting away in a storm. Prayer strengthens our souls (Psalm 138:1–3), gives us stability, guards our hearts (Psalm 121), and fills us with peace. And like sunlight breaking through dark clouds, Your presence through prayer brightens our path and reminds us we’re never alone. Keep us faithful, grounded in love, and committed to spending time with You in prayer. Bless us now, Lord, we ask in Jesus’ Name. Amen
