Psalm 30:5 For his anger endureth but a moment; in his favour is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.
Heavenly Father, life can feel like a rollercoaster—full of unexpected twists, steep drops, and moments where we can barely catch our breath. Whether we’ve walked with You for years or are still finding our way, none of us are exempt from challenges. But as Your children, we don’t have to quit when life gets hard or lose hope when things fall apart. We can hold on to the truth that Jesus, our Risen Savior, already overcame every obstacle we face. Because of His death and resurrection, we have a future that’s brighter than anything this world can offer—an eternal home with You when this “temporary ride” is over.
Lord, when we’re struggling—when work is overwhelming, family relationships are messy, our health isn’t the best, or the future feels uncertain—remind us that You’ve given us hope, grace, and strength to keep going. Like an athlete who keeps training even when tired, help us push through with faith, trusting that You’re shaping us for something greater. Your grace is like a steady current beneath the waves—carrying us even when we can’t see how. Your mercy never runs out, and Your love never gives up. Even when it looks like life’s falling apart, You’re behind the scenes, turning the chaos into something good and meaningful.
Dear Lord, while we look forward to our complete transformation, help us to find rest and confidence in the truth that we were created to endure. We will make it through hard times and not sink, because You have equipped us for battle and empowered us to stand. Father God, by the power of Your Spirit, we will keep going. Holy God, we are encouraged! In Jesus’ Name we pray and give thanks. Amen.
