A Time For Everything

Ecclesiastes 3:9-11 What do workers gain from their toil? 10 I have seen the burden God has laid on the human race. 11 He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the human heart; yet no one can fathom what God has done from beginning to end.

Father God, life is unpredictable and sometimes filled with painful separations. But we can rest assured that everything takes place under Your loving gaze and according to Your sovereign authority.  Nothing escapes You or catches You by surprise. And You bless us during every season in our lives. Yes Lord, we are always being blessed and You are forever working all things together for our good and Your glory.

Holy God,  oftentimes we don’t understand why we have to go through trying times. Why the test? We can’t see benefits in our struggles, but we place our faith in You. We trust that all things ordained for our lives will appear beautiful in its time. As You take us from our comfort zones and introduce us to new horizons, we trust You for the outcome. Even in the darkness of our nighttime experiences, we pray for Your strength and courage to move forward and achieve new things in ministry; elevate to higher levels of faith; and deepen our relationship with You.

Gracious God, You are our loving Father who watches over us during all seasons of our lives. When the sun is shining You are there; during rainy seasons You continue to abide with us; and in the midst of the barrenness of our wintry days, You are our ever-present Guide.  Lord, please help us trust You and enjoy the blessings of the life You give us.  May we become all You purpose; and achieve all that You commission for our lives. And Holy God, the end of the day, our hallelujahs belong to You.  Thank You Lord. In Jesus Name we pray and give thanks. Amen
