A New Me

Isaiah 48:17

17 This is what the Lord, your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel says: I am Yahweh your God, who teaches you for your benefit, who leads you in the way you should go.

Father God, the way we view life shapes how we experience it. So today, we ask—please give us Your perspective. Lift our eyes above the temporary, the selfish, and the uncertain, and help us to see life the way You see it: as a gift to be lived for Your glory and purpose, not our own.

Teach us, Lord, to fix our attention on You. Keep us rooted in Your plans. Shape our daily choices so that others might see You reflected in us and be drawn closer to You. May every moment, every talent, and every part of our being be an offering of worship to You.

Heavenly Father, when we turn to You for clarity, You open our eyes to a better way. You know every twist in the road ahead—where trouble hides and where victory waits. You alone are our teacher in what is good, and our guide on the path of life. So please, open our spiritual eyes to see clearly. Renew our minds to follow the way You’ve laid out for us. Soften our hearts to receive the truth that molds us into the masterpieces You created us to be.

God, we don’t want to live for ourselves. We want our lives to be about You. Teach us. Change us. Make us into Kingdom citizens who reflect Your goodness and live to honor Your name. Lord, we love You.  With all our heart, we love YOU.  In Jesus Name we pray and give thanks.  Amen.
