I will Help You

Isaiah 41:10 Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.

Sovereign God, we are deeply grateful to have You as our Shepherd, our Lord, and the strength of our lives. Thank You for being our eternal Prophet, Priest, and King. In a world filled with terrifying events, great uncertainties, and hardships affecting those we love, we look to You for the assurances that only You can provide.

Lord, thank You for holding us and carrying us when we are weak, and for providing heavenly guidance when we lose our way. You forgive us when we transgress, love us when we are unlovable, and remain our faithful friend when the world turns away. You mend our broken hearts, heal our afflicted bodies, and bring clarity to our confused minds. Thank You for being all that we need to navigate this complicated, and sometimes frightening journey we call life.

Gracious God, we face tomorrow—and all the days ahead—with confidence because of You.  As we face the cares of the day, we know that You uphold us with Your righteous right hand. You supply all our needs according to Your riches in glory - and as our eternal King, You work all things together for our good and for Your glory. Your plans for us are for our welfare and not for harm - to give us a future and a hope. Lord God, it is with our whole heart, that we thank You and bless Your holy name. In Jesus’ name we pray, with thanksgiving. Amen.
